Diet for Christians
A friend sent me a suggestion for a dieting plan taken from the Christian Bible. It's called Flowers over the Wall. I've started reading it and it's a bit dry, not detailed enough in terms of the diet, but more of a philosophy.It might hit the target for some people, though, to change our way of thinking. It's a free download from Smashwords and also available on Amazon for a price.
