Hot Air Balloon Championship Sept. 21-25, 2011 in Camrose, Alberta. You can hear the whoosh of the propane burners as the balloons are inflated. They're filled with cold air while they're on the ground then the air is heated with the propane burners and they rise into the air.





I'm a cat person but don't own a cat. This is my friend's Persian cat named Freedom, whom I cared for last week for a few days. She discovered a toy in my hallway; surprise, Freedom! Then she thought, ho hum, apparently and moseyed over to me who held the camera.
